These terms apply to all use of the BridgeInvoice service.
By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Article 2: Service Description
BridgeInvoice connects to your freee account via OAuth (read-only) and generates multilingual PDF invoices from your existing invoice data.
The service is a document-generation tool, NOT an accounting, tax, or legal advisory service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all invoice content.
The service does not file invoices, tax returns, or any official documents on your behalf.
Article 3: Accounts and Authentication
Authentication is performed through freee's OAuth system.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your freee account.
One freee account = one BridgeInvoice account.
You must not share your BridgeInvoice session with third parties.
Article 4: Pricing and Plans
Free tier: limited saves per month, all features included.
Paid tiers: unlimited saves and additional features as described on the pricing page.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
No refunds for partial-month usage.
Article 5: Prohibited Actions
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the service
Using the service for illegal activities
Attempting to access other users' data
Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service
Impersonating another person or entity
Using the service to generate fraudulent invoices
Article 6: Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
BridgeInvoice does not guarantee the accuracy of exchange rates, tax calculations, or any generated content.
BridgeInvoice is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on generated invoices.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable tax laws (including but not limited to the インボイス制度, 消費税法, and any foreign tax regulations).
BridgeInvoice is not a licensed tax advisor (税理士), accountant, or legal professional.
In no event shall BridgeInvoice's liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Article 7: Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BridgeInvoice.
Invoice content you generate belongs to you.
You grant BridgeInvoice no rights over your invoice data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Article 8: Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your freee account.
You may request complete data deletion by contacting contact@bridgeinvoice.jp.
BridgeInvoice may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saitama District Court (さいたま地方裁判所) as the court of first instance.
Article 10: Amendments
BridgeInvoice may amend these terms with 30 days' notice posted on this page.
Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
